You're not like any other support company I've seen. Your staff really understand what the children and their families need. A true outside of the box service.

Wow! You aren't just another Support Worker. Thank you for all you do.

It was amazing to see a support worker interpreting their clients cues and communicating using a combination of verbal and key word signs. This client was so well engaged and responsive to their support person and it was beautiful to see him so happy and laughing. They even supported him to be as independent as possible with his lunch, putting his rubbish in the bin and carrying his bags. Such a beautiful nature, very patient and encouraging. Keep up the incredible work.

As a parent of a child with complex needs and high behaviours, I had utilised other providers in the past who promised everything required for my child, but never delivered.

The support my child has received through TTCTD is truly person centred and she has a dedicated team of support workers that exceed her every need, not a different worker every shift. They are attentive, in tune with her language despite it being limited and everyday assist her to undertake activities she chooses and enjoys, which I never thought would be possible with a support service. She is settled and happy for me to leave and doesn't come running at me when I come home, which for any parent, carer or guardian with a child can understand is a big deal.

I thought a company like this was just a dream, but they aren't, I have never felt more supported and welcomed as a parent of a child with a disability.
