Connecting the Dots: The Art of Self-Care

Supporting your team’s mental health and wellbeing is now a core part of your duty of care under SafeWork NSW laws. Psychological safety needs the same attention as physical safety – things like stress, burnout, conflict and workload are all risks that must be managed, not left to chance.

Workplace wellbeing workshops are a simple, positive way to support your teams ability to self-care. Our “Connecting the Dots: The Art of Self-Care” session gives people practical tools to manage stress, set healthy boundaries and recharge. When teams know how to look after themselves, they show up with more focus, energy and care – for their work, their colleagues and the people they support.

For employers, these workshops send a clear message: “We take your wellbeing seriously.” They help you meet your obligations in a proactive, human way while building a culture where people feel safe, supported and ready to do their best work.
